Return & Refunds

At Lekhavi, we care about your experience and aim to keep our policies simple and transparent. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by reaching out to us via WhatsApp at 98150-65372.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

•    You cancel your order within the 24-hour window.
•    You receive a damaged or incorrect item.

In most cases, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds for items purchased during a sale, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, unless it is found to be defective or an incorrect item was sent. We strongly recommend that you carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Important: Reporting Damaged Jewellery

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
To process a replacement, you must share a clear opening video of the package taken without any cuts or edits  as proof.
If verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued In The Following Cases:

1.    The delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated.
2.    The address format is invalid (e.g., P.O. Box).
3.    Delivery fails after three attempts by our courier partner.
4.    The recipient refuses to accept the package.
5.    The product does not fit due to incorrect size selection.


Order Cancellation by Lekhavi

In some cases, we may be unable to process your order and may need to cancel it. Lekhavi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, due to reasons such as limited stock availability, errors in product or pricing information or concerns flagged by our payment or fraud prevention systems.We may also contact you for additional information or verification before confirming an order. If your order is cancelled either fully or partially or if further details are required, we will inform you promptly. If your card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
